Mr. Koch has served the Town of Gulf Stream as its Mayor for over thirty-six years. He has also served the community for over forty years as a board member of Bethesda Hospital and as former Chairman of the Board and currently Board Member of one of the largest public TV stations in Florida, WPBT-2 Public Television in Miami. He is also a former President and Director of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce.
